Well this is RewindHost first Christmas/Holiday season we would like to let you know the plans and how everything will work over this week of the Holidays.
Well we have been thinking and even on Christmas people need support for orders and technical support, so we have decided that we are going to offer Support/Orders on Christmas day December 25, 2009!
We are very excited to be able to offer support those days. Everything that day will be email support but you should not be disappointed with the email response time. We have made it so we have staff here for backup in case we do get busy but we plan on having everything covered the whole day.
We also are going to be offering Pinched Plans in the New Year so look for those or email us [at] Rewindhost@live.com if you would like a pinched plan before we release them. We are also doing customized plans so email us what you would like and we can put a package together for you, like if you are buying more then 1 domain.
Also tell everyone about rewind and if they say you refereed them you will get money depending on which account they sign up for.
